Fat: 86.46g | Prot: 120.09g | Carb: 66.79g.   Breakfast:  Festival Foods Oktoberfest Brat. Lunch:  American Cheese, Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing, Cucumber (with Peel), Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Red Tomatoes, Red Tomatoes. Dinner:  Butter (Salted), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Fresh Baby Spinach, kraft vinaigrette, salmon, strawberry, Walnuts. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Day Break Chocolate Hazelnut Bar, Sami's Bakery Millet & Flax - Plain Chips.
