Breakfast: beef tenderloin. Lunch: Cucumber (with Peel), kraft vinaigrette, Meatloaf by GG - 1/8 loaf per serving size, Red Tomatoes, salad. Dinner: broccoli, butter, carrot, cauliflower, kraft vinaigrette, Pork Chops - grilled w/Kraft Parm Seasoning Blend @ 1/4 of 1.5 lbs, salad, tomato. Snacks/Other: Atkins Endulge Chocolate Caramel Mousse.
