Lunch: @ 2 oz = 8 oz Deli Thin Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast, = 2 T Mayo with extra virgin olive oil, cucumber, green beans, healthy life bread, kraft vinaigrette, salad, tomato, tomato. Dinner: butter, butternut winter squash, cauliflower - frozen, cucumber, kraft vinaigrette, parmesan cheese, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), salad, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Atkins coconut bar, sami plain.
