Fat: 61.70g | Prot: 78.93g | Carb: 157.77g.   Breakfast: vegetable omelet. Lunch: Lowfat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt, Oranges. Dinner: asparagus, baby carrots, chicken breast, mushrooms, onion, potato, yellow zucchini.
