Fat: 67.58g | Prot: 77.45g | Carb: 168.15g.   Breakfast: coffee, half and half, water. Lunch: angel food cake, chinese noodles, coffee, cool whip, general tsao, iced tea, strawberries. Dinner: caesar salad, crystal light, fiber, Low Carb Breakfast Quiche, new york strip steak, water. Snacks/Other: coffee.
