Lunch: dannon nonfat plain yogurt, grape tomatoes, green bell pepper, lowfat cottage cheese. Dinner: delmonte green beans, low fat ground beef. Snacks/Other: Fudgcicle No Sugar added, Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks.
