Fat: 53.51g | Prot: 103.54g | Carb: 183.83g.   Breakfast: black coffee, egg, papaya, watermelon, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Baby Brussels Sprouts & Butter Sauce, belly pepper, green olive, roquefort cheese, spaghetti, squid, watermelon. Dinner: mix vegetables, pasta, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, vodka. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Snack Bar, muffin.
