Fat: 61.18g | Prot: 90.32g | Carb: 136.82g.   Breakfast: Coffee, lite vanilla yogurt, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: cauliflower mash, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Buffalo Hot Dipping Sauce, french fries, Grilled Chicken Wrap, Honey Mustard Dressing, ranch dressing. Snacks/Other: baby carrots, hummus, Wheat Thins Crackers - Reduced Fat.
