Lunch: butter, cheddar cheese, decaffeinated coffee (brewed from grounds), diced tomato, egg, green pepper, half & half, Ham Steak, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, red pepper, splenda, tap water, whole milk, whole wheat toast. Dinner: decaffeinated coffee (brewed from grounds), half & half, hamburger rolls, olive oil, sloppy joes, splenda, watermelon, white potatoes.
