Did pretty good yesterday, despite the potluck lunch at work. Didn't loose, but didn't gain either....whew!

Breakfast: chia seed, Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Meal Bar, lemon juice, splenda. Lunch: 4 meat pizza , pear. Dinner: chocolate coffee creamer, coffee, market pantry whey, skim milk. Snacks/Other: almonds, coffee cake, lemon cooler, pineapple greek yogurt, String Cheese, Light.
