Lunch: Apples, Chicken Breast (Oven Roasted, Fat Free, Sliced), Cucumber (with Peel), Green Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers, Lettuce, Smoked Honey Ham (Cooked), Spinach, Tomatoes. Dinner: Turkey Burger. Snacks/Other: Bananas, Dried Fruit & Nut Mix, NUT-rition Wholesome Nut Mix, Turkey Breast Meat.
