Lunch: Beef & Bean Green Chili Burritos, Jams and Preserves, Peanut Butter, Whole Grain White Bread. Dinner: Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Pinto Beans, Turnip Greens (Solids and Liquids, Canned). Snacks/Other: Roasted & Salted Sunflower Kernels, Special K Cereal Bars - Strawberry.
