Lunch: black olives, Blue or Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing (Low Calorie), cucumber, egg, ground turkey, heavy, lettuce, mozerrela cheese, sharp shredded cheese, Tomato Sauce. Dinner: cauli, pork chops, zucchini. Snacks/Other: carb smart ice cream, pork rind.
