Not so fast now :( weight was falling off, now its hard and slow, but i will get to my goal !!! got holiday soon, not sure how that will go !

Fat: 31.01g | Prot: 62.30g | Carb: 201.35g.
Breakfast: 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Coffee with Milk, Weetabix. Dinner: brocolli, Minced Beef & Potatoes. Snacks/Other: Apple, beetroot, Buttons Cones, coffee with milk, lemon squash no added sugar, Ryvita, Tuna in Mayonnaise with Sweetcorn.
