Breakfast: avocado, Baked Beans, poached egg, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), white bread. Lunch: avocado hass, fat free mayo, Penne, tomato, tuna in brine, yellow corn kernels. Dinner: chicken breast , lettuce, white bread. Snacks/Other: anzac biscuit, banana, cadbury hot chocolate, Fat Free Boysenberry Yogurt, strawberries.
