Lunch: Broccoli cooked, NS Mac & cheese w/ham. Dinner: black beans, broiled salmon, brown rice, Cantaloupe, cucumber, French Roll Francisco, lettuce, Light Butter, sweet corn on cob, tomatoes, Zesty Italian. Snacks/Other: Margarita, white wine.
