Fat: 35.95g | Prot: 144.03g | Carb: 152.34g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Cream, lucerne eggs, roman meal, weight control oatmeal. Lunch: ole extreme wellness spinach and herb, starkist tuna in water. Dinner: barilla plus, great value tomato sauce, hunts tomato paste, jennie-o ground turkey. Snacks/Other: body fortress super whey, great value fat free milk.
