Dinner: baked ruffles, deli ham, deli turkey, diet coke, french sandwich roll, iceberg lettuce, mayo, oil and vinegar, provolone cheese. Snacks/Other: diet coke, egg, good belly probiotic juice drink pomegranate blackberry, lucerne colby jack cheese slice, oroweat country buttermilk break, rold gold honey wheat pretzels.
