Breakfast: Activia Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, almonds, banana, coffee, frozen berries, half and half, milk, protein powder, sweet whey. Lunch: chicken breast, mushrooms, onions, Penne Rigate Pasta, red wine, turkey bacon, white flour. Dinner: balsamic fig dressing, bell peppers, Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers) , cubed avocados, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, mango, sweet baby greens. Snacks/Other: Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'n Honey, High Life Beer, Low Fat Ice Cream Cones - Vanilla with Caramel, Original Milano Cookies, Red Table Wine , Roasted and Salted Cashews.
