Fat: 61.77g | Prot: 87.77g | Carb: 231.82g.   Breakfast: bagel thins thomas, butterball turkey bacon, Egg, peach. Lunch: panera sesame semolina, parmesan, Really Good Tomato Stuff, rice cakes. Dinner: Barilla Whole Grain Thing Spaghetti, basil, cucumber, olive oil, onion, parmesan, portabella mushroom, Really Good Tomato Stuff, Regina Balsamic Vinegar, tomato. Snacks/Other: blueberries, butterscotch chips, cherries, granola, greek yogurt plain, Triscuit Thin Crisps Original.
