Fat: 42.80g | Prot: 64.53g | Carb: 126.35g.   Breakfast: 1 tbsp cheese spread, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Cauliflower, hummus, Mary's organic Crackers, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner: bacon bits, blackberries, cheese, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), greek yogurt, lettuce, pecans. Snacks/Other: Chewy Granola Bars - Seven Whole Grains & Almonds, grapes.
