Fat: 37.03g | Prot: 61.19g | Carb: 174.40g.   Breakfast: egg beaters, Grinder Roll, orange juice, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Lunch: apple, banana, belvita, Carrots, celery, hummus, water. Dinner: chicken breast, coconut oil, grated cheese, mushrooms, spinach, Vegetable Soup, water, wheat pocket. Snacks/Other: chocolate , hot wing.
