Lunch: Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Stuffed Grape Leaves, Yellow Cake (Home Recipe or Purchased). Snacks/Other: evaporated milk, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Honey, Peach, tea, Whole Milk.
