Fat: 42.83g | Prot: 100.82g | Carb: 113.51g.   Breakfast: coffee, soy creamer, turkey sausage bowl. Lunch: alfalfa sprouts, boars head turkey, flat out, publix swiss cheese, sundried tomato hummus. Dinner: ground turkey , swiss cheese, tomato slice. Snacks/Other: chobani greek yogurt peach, endurance bar with energy source, unsweetened apple sauce.
