added in some light weights for a little strength training in my arms... 3lb and 5lb weights with lots of reps... let's see how/if this helps

Fat: 65.98g | Prot: 38.56g | Carb: 235.05g.   Lunch: Dark Belgian Chocolate Covered Almonds, Grapes, string cheese. Dinner: Baked Potato Stuffed with Sour Cream (Peel Eaten), Grapes, Watermelon, Yummy Salad. Snacks/Other: chocolate chip ice cream, root beer.
