Fat: 53.45g | Prot: 72.94g | Carb: 186.40g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Craisins, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Multi Grain Cheerios. Lunch: craisins, Fat Free Feta Cheese, green olives, lite balsamic dressing, pita chips, salad, sunflower seeds. Dinner: Grilled Chicken & Mozzarella Ravioli, Margarita, Pretzels, Strawberries, White Sauce. Snacks/Other: green olives, Sliced Turkey Breast.
