Lunch: carrot, chabot 50% lite cheddar cheese, cucumber, green pepper, Ken's Lite Northern Italian Salad Dressing, lettuce. Dinner: egg, green pepper, onion, quinoa, squash. Snacks/Other: banana, Nutella Hazelnut Spread, popcorn 94% Fat Free Market Basket.
