Lunch: Celery, Cottage cheese, cous cous, Cucumber (with Peel), pickled beetroot, pink salmon, spinach, Tomatoes. Dinner: cous cous, Market White fish fillets, tomato, Vegetable Stir Fry, zucchini. Snacks/Other: banana, Bananas, Braeburn Apples, cadbury's dairy milk, Earl Grey, Green Peas, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), lowfat greek yogurt, Oaties Crunchy Oaty Biscuits, Pumpkin Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread, Satsuma.
