Breakfast: banana, Boiled Egg, coffee, Mini Sweet Peppers, sliced ham. Lunch: Eating Right Lemongrass Chicken. Dinner: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mushrooms, soy sauce, sugar, Swai White Fish Fillets, zucchini. Snacks/Other: apple, Instant Oatmeal - Peaches & Cream.
