Breakfast: Boiled Egg, Iced Coffee with Milk, Mini Sweet Peppers, sliced ham, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Lunch: Eating Right - Butternut Squash Ravioli. Dinner: Brussels Sprouts, Butter (Salted), Clover Honey, dijon mustard, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Swai White Fish Fillets. Snacks/Other: genoa salami, Instant Oatmeal - Peaches & Cream, Red Delicious Apples.
