Breakfast: All Bran Flakes, Fat Free Strawberry yogurt, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Rooibos tea (no milk or sugar added). Lunch: Carrots, Green Tea, Honey, Light Meat Tuna with a Twist, Rye Bread. Snacks/Other: Low fat Milk, Low fat milk, Strawberry Pronutro.
