Fat: 50.24g | Prot: 61.91g | Carb: 169.99g.   Breakfast: Chocolate Chex, Organic 1% Low Fat Milk. Lunch: Baby Red Potato, Grilled Turkey Breast, Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices), Steamed Carrots. Dinner: ButterBall Turkey burger, Corn on the cob, olive oil mayo, Udi's Bun. Snacks/Other: Dark Chocolate Squares with Caramel Filling.
