Lunch: Baby Carrots, Deli Cuts Baked Honey Ham, Dijon Mustard, Light Lemonade, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner: Caesar Salad with Romaine, Cafe Steamers Chicken Linguini with Red Pepper Alfredo, White Table Wine . Snacks/Other: Cheddar Cheese , Ice Cream, Manhattan, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers.
