Dinner: Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts, trader joes roasted corn. Snacks/Other: apple, Carrots, Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat), ritz cracker, Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese.
