Lunch: 98% Fat Free Honey Smoked Turkey Breast Cold Cuts, apple, broccoli. Dinner: Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breasts, Carrots, cauliflower. Snacks/Other: chicken of the sea solid white tuna, Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat), kirkland trail mix, low fat milk, Pears.
