Breakfast: 1% milk, hard boiled egg, Sugar Free Metamucil. Lunch: cucumbers, d'italiano brown bread, mayonnaise, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: garden salad, light ranch dressing. Snacks/Other: almonds.
