Breakfast: 1% milk, Silhouette Yogurt, Sugar Free Metamucil, Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake. Lunch: garden salad, light ranch dressing, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: becel margarine, broccoli, carrots, Chicken. Snacks/Other: almonds, blackberries, cool whip.
