Fat: 42.71g | Prot: 68.80g | Carb: 99.97g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, almonds, hard boiled egg, Sugar Free Metamucil. Lunch: Chicken, garden salad, light ranch dressing. Dinner: becel margarine, broccoli, cooked pork chop, d'italiano brown bread, zucchini. Snacks/Other: blueberries, cool whip.
