Fat: 30.74g | Prot: 55.83g | Carb: 169.54g.   Breakfast: 2.2 liters water in 8 hour day, Cereal, coffe with coffee mate hazelnut cream, skim milk, yoplait lemon torte parfait yogurt. Lunch: Almonds, cooked egg whites, Dried & Sweet Cranberries, fresh gourmet tortilla strips, kroger baby spinach, lemon torte yogurt, v8 juice, Vidalia Onion Honey Mustard Dressing. Dinner: chicken chow mein, chicken gizzards, jalapeno poppers. Snacks/Other: Erin's popcorn, nature valley granola thin.
