Fat: 71.17g | Prot: 178.99g | Carb: 149.95g.   Breakfast: egg, Egg White, english muffin franz, Extra Lean Deli Sliced Ham. Lunch: broccoli slaw, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Cucumber (with Peel), mayo, multi grain bread, tomatoes, tuna - small can. Dinner: Chicken Breast, General Tsao Stir Fry Sause, Imperial Style Stir Fry Vegetables. Snacks/Other: 2% Fat Milk, Colby Jack Cheese, Fuji Apples, milk, nabisco wheat thins, Walnuts.
