Lunch: cottage cheese, lean ground beef patty, low fat cheese, Tomatoes, wheat english muffin. Dinner: baby carrots, Beef Pot Roast in Gravy, oatmeal flax cookie, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other: cheese, Fuji Apples, nabisco wheat thins, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers.
