Fat: 62.70g | Prot: 127.28g | Carb: 173.53g.   Breakfast: egg whites, instant oatmeal, Raisins. Lunch: baby carrots, salsa, Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs, spinach. Dinner: Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), prime rib. Snacks/Other: oatmeal flax cookie, Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers, tuna.
