Lunch: Chicken Breast, Safflower Mayonnaise. Dinner: asparagus, Cherry Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, grass fed beef, lettuce, red wine, walnut, yellow pepper. Snacks/Other: 5-Lettuce Mix, Broccoli Slaw, Celery , Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), coconut flakes, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Mushrooms , Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Sweet Red Peppers , Tomatoes, Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese.
