Fat: 29.87g | Prot: 91.50g | Carb: 95.03g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, 100% Whey Protein - Frosty Chocolate, old fashioned rolled oats. Lunch: avocado, Spicy Rancho Egg White Salad trader joes, sprouted grain bread. Dinner: avocado, ceviche. Snacks/Other: godiva chocolate, Oikos Peach.
