Fat: 72.70g | Prot: 89.90g | Carb: 163.78g.   Breakfast: 1% milk, egg white, sargento, Whole Grain English Muffin -Artisan. Lunch: cucumber, salmon, soy sauce. Dinner: cheese pizza, famous amos , kettle chips lays, pistachios salt and pepper. Snacks/Other: farmer john wiener, godiva chocolate, hot dog bun market pantry, ketchup, oikos fruit on the bottom nonfat, sees candy.
