Lunch: Spicy Rancho Egg White Salad trader joes. Dinner: Farm-raised Tilapia Fillets (Frozen), sargento, sprouted grain bread, Stir Fry Vegetable Blend (Frozen). Snacks/Other: benefiber, oikos fruit on the bottom nonfat.
