Fat: 37.30g | Prot: 134.41g | Carb: 279.06g.   Breakfast: FIT Reset. Lunch: fat free cottage cheese, grapes, hellmans light mayo, romaine lettuce, sandwich thins, starkist tuna. Dinner: banana pepper rings, blue cheese crumbles, canadian bacon, Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, red bell pepper, spinach, wheat roll, zucchini. Snacks/Other: almonds, apple, bioactive beverage, fat free milk, FIT REBUILD protein shake, FIT REDUCE fat fsher, mulkimame, strawberries.
