Fat: 26.96g | Prot: 23.95g | Carb: 211.06g.   Breakfast: frigo string cheese, great value 2% milk, kelloggs raisin bran, tropicana orange juice, water great value. Lunch: baby spinach, beef bouillon cubes wylers, broccoli , cauliflower, celery, chicken cubes, chicken noodle, chili powder, cucumbers, del monte stewed tomatoes, fresh baby carrots, fresh baby carrots, green onions, lawrys garlic salt, lettuce romaine, Pepsi, radishes, tomatoes, water tap. Dinner: chips chili's and salsa, pepsi cola, water. Snacks/Other: red grapes, water.
