Dinner: atkins chocolate coconut bar, atkins milk chocolate shake, chicken breast, chicken sausage, kraft real mayo, olive oil, pickle, pork rinds, sour cream, sugar free jello. Snacks/Other: cauliflower, chicken sausage, romaine lettuce, zucchini.
