Fat: 74.07g | Prot: 93.96g | Carb: 157.68g.   Breakfast: milk, oat bran, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese. Lunch: carrots, milk, whole wheat bread, yoghurt. Dinner: avocado, beef fillet , butter, chocolate bar, dried mango, olive oil, white bread, white wine. Snacks/Other: coffee.
